Happy New Year! We hope you had the chance to rest and relax over the holiday season. Here at Cellar 503 we’re excited for 2023—so many things to look forward to here in Oregon in the coming year.

So in honor of our optimism and hope, we are featuring historically classic wines this month.  These wines—Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon—are historically some of the oldest varieties in the world. And the versions of them here in Oregon are wonderful New World expressions of these classic grapes.

Our first red is Pinot Noir from Winter’s Hill and our second red is a Cabernet Sauvignon from William Marie Wines. Our first white is a Chardonnay from Division Winemaking and our second white is a Riesling from Maysara Winery.

This is a great way to dive into some classic wines with an Oregon twist!
